2. Planning & Documentation
Once approved, we’ll develop a project plan tailored to your needs. This includes compliance checks, permit management, and a schedule that works with your timelines.
3. Disconnection of Services
Before any demolition begins, we ensure that electrical, gas, water, HVAC, and fire services are safely disconnected or isolated. We can also work alongside licensed trades to ensure this step is done correctly.
4. Safe Strip-Out Execution
Using specialised tools and equipment, we carefully remove all agreed-upon fixtures, fittings, and internal structures. We work efficiently while preserving the building’s structural integrity.
5. Waste Removal & Recycling
We manage all strip-out waste responsibly, with a focus on environmentally friendly disposal. Materials such as metal, concrete, and timber are sorted for recycling where possible.
6. Final Site Clean-Up
Once complete, we’ll ensure the site is clean and free of hazards. We can even organise final make-good repairs or cleaning if required by your lease agreement.
